We started Jam Cakes with a simple dream: to bring the rich, aromatic flavors of our Indian heritage to the classic bakes we fell in love with here in Minnesota. Our kitchen blends warm cardamom, rosewater, and saffron with the buttery, golden-brown perfection of Midwestern baking.

Every cake we design is a personal collaboration. We spend hours hand-crafting intricate, sugar-ornamented designs inspired by traditional Indian bridal wear and festive patterns, ensuring your wedding or celebration cake is as breathtaking as it is delicious. We bake everything from scratch in Prior Lake using fresh, local ingredients.
